Swiss court rejects Google appeal over cloud contract

ZURICH, Oct 20 (Reuters) – A Swiss courtroom has dismissed Google’s bid to dam the award of a authorities cloud computing contract price as much as 110 million Swiss francs ($119 million) to rival bidders.

“In an interim choice, the Federal Administrative Courtroom rejects Google’s request to grant suspensive impact to its enchantment. The Federal Workplace for Buildings and Logistics could subsequently conclude the general public cloud contracts with the chosen tenderers,” the courtroom mentioned in an announcement on Wednesday.

The choice could also be appealed to the Swiss supreme courtroom.
