WASHINGTON, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Société Générale S.A. has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle U.S. Commodity Futures Buying and selling Fee prices of failing to adjust to sure swap vendor necessities, the company mentioned on Wednesday.
Société Générale did not adjust to necessities for disclosing mid-market marks to counterparties and reported inaccurate swap valuation information, the CFTC mentioned in a press release.
Societe Generale didn’t admit or deny the CFTC’s findings.
