Nestle revamps geographic structure, makes new board appointments

ZURICH, Oct 13 (Reuters) – Nestle is overhauling its geographic construction, the world’s largest meals firm stated on Wednesday, creating new zones for North America and for Higher China.
The maker of Nescafe instantaneous espresso and KitKat chocolate bars additionally stated it was altering its govt board to align with the brand new construction, which takes impact from January.
Firm veteran Chris Johnson, now head of Nestle’s Asia, Oceania and sub-Saharan Africa zone (AOA), will retire from the chief board and get replaced by Remy Ejel, present head of Nestle’s Center East and North Africa enterprise.
