BEIJING, Oct 8 (Reuters) – Nearly 20% of households in China imagine the costs of houses will rise within the fourth quarter of the 12 months, the central financial institution mentioned in a survey report on Friday.

The survey mentioned 19.9% of households believed house costs will rise within the fourth quarter of the 12 months and 12.7% of households anticipated them to say no in This fall.

Amongst bankers, 82.5% believed financial coverage is acceptable in Q3, a separate survey revealed on the web site of the central financial institution mentioned.

China’s new house costs rose at their slowest tempo in months in August as authorities stepped up efforts to rein in a red-hot property market, and cooling measures have been anticipated to restrict house value progress going ahead.

(This story corrects to “rise in This fall” from “fall in This fall” in headline)
